An epicrisis is a clinical summary of a patient's hospitalization or outpatient visit. This summary provides information about the hospitalization process from the onset of the disease to its resolution.

Requirements

  • The process takes 8-10 business days.
  • There is no charge
  • The Medical Records department will inform you as soon as the document is available.
  • The document is of a personal nature, so it is only given to the patient. Special cases will be subject to approval.
